We want you to love your Bible Recap apparel and accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
